1. Launch Your Own Digital Products

What’s not to love about a product that multi-tasks for you? Many creators have been using digital products to grow their audience and income, and this trend isn’t slowing down in 2024. We believe in them so much we even built an AI-powered tool to help creators launch their own digital products easily, supporting them to:

  • Position themselves as educators and experts.
  • Make money in their sleep.
  • Collect contacts for their email list and use them as sales leads.

We’ve got the 411 on the types of digital products you can sell, how to price them, and then, of course, making that passive income.

2. Monetize on YouTube

It’s safe to say video content isn’t going anywhere in 2024 – with podcasters and even writers joining in, video is becoming an important tool for creators of all kinds. With over 2.7 billion monthly active users on YouTube, the OG video platform is a great place to build an audience and earn money online. Here are a few ways creators are monetizing on YouTube:

  • Earning ad revenue
  • Brand partnerships
  • Promoting their digital products
  • Fan funding

The best part is the YouTube Partner Program is now more accessible than ever thanks to lowered eligibility requirements. Your channel only needs 500 subscribers, 3 uploads in the last 90 days, and 3,000 watch hours in the past year to unlock a handful of monetization features. Can you say “cha-ching?”

Still building your channel? You can start small by earning from YouTube Shorts. If you need a shoulder to lean on, we’ve created a pocket guide for you.

3. Join the TikTok Creativity Program

You can’t talk about monetizing as a creator without mentioning TikTok. Since rumors of a ban are now a 2023 thing, you might want to invest time in the TikTok Creativity Program.

The TikTok Creativity Program is designed to help creators earn more on the platform – potentially 20x more than you could with the original (and now discontinued) Creator Fund.

🔑 Key things to note: you must be over 18 years old, have at least 10k followers, and be located in a region where this program is available (don’t worry, it expanded to more countries last year). Most importantly, you need to post videos of over one minute to start earning from the Creativity Program.

But why stop there? You can also boost your earnings through:

  • Going live to receive TikTok LIVE Gifts,
  • Partnering with brands,
  • Creating user-generated content (UGC),
  • And using TikTok to promote your digital products, like your new mini-course.

Okay – that’s a lot of good info. Time to put these gears into motion.
